This policy explains what Legacy Mortuary Shipping collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website only; information you give us over the telephone or in the course of an arrangement is governed by our professional and legal obligations as a licensed Florida funeral establishment.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, telephone number, email address, county or city, service needed, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from them.
To respond to you. A submitted form is emailed to a licensed funeral director so they can call or write back, and, if you gave an email address, you receive an acknowledgement confirming we have it. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Ever.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising pixels. The only third-party content is the Google Maps panel on the contact page, which is loaded from Google and subject to Google’s own privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, simply do not scroll to it; it loads lazily.
Form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our mailbox under our ordinary business records practice. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time by writing to the address below, and we will, unless it forms part of a record we are legally required to keep.
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment information on this website at all, and the form does not ask for any.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
