No. Authorizations are signed electronically and every arrangement can be made by telephone and email, whichever state or country you are calling from. Most of the families we serve in St. Lucie County are calling from somewhere else entirely.
For St. Lucie County we normally depart Palm Beach International (PBI). If another Florida airport gets your loved one home sooner or at lower cost, we will tell you and use that one instead.
