When a death occurs anywhere in Volusia County, one call brings your loved one into our care. We serve Daytona Beach, Deltona, DeLand, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach with local transport and shipping worldwide, departing Daytona Beach International (DAB).
Deltona has one of Central Florida's largest Puerto Rican communities, and Daytona Beach fills with visitors several times a year, which produces deaths far from home. Daytona Beach International is close, with Orlando available for international routes.
Families we serve from Volusia County most often ask about Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada. Whichever the destination, consular requirements are confirmed before a flight is booked, and the shipment departs Daytona Beach International (DAB).

No. Authorizations are signed electronically and every arrangement can be made by telephone and email, whichever state or country you are calling from. Most of the families we serve in Volusia County are calling from somewhere else entirely.
For Volusia County we normally depart Daytona Beach International (DAB). If another Florida airport gets your loved one home sooner or at lower cost, we will tell you and use that one instead.
Most shipments leaving Volusia County depart within three to seven days of the first call. The variable is the destination consulate and how quickly the county issues the death certificate, not the flight itself.
Shipping to another state starts at $1,990, and international shipping at $5,995 with the sealing casket included. Airfare is separate and billed at cost with no mark-up. Families in DeLand and across Volusia County receive a written price before anything is authorized, and nothing is added afterward.
A member of our staff, not an answering service. Whether you are calling from DeLand or from another country, a licensed funeral director picks up. Deaths do not keep business hours and neither do we.
A licensed funeral director will call you back. For an immediate need, calling is faster and someone will answer.
